Meet Helen
A qualified Primary teacher with music specialism, and over 25 years' experience of teaching singing and music to children & adults.
Helen has worked in the public and private sectors, working both in schools and privately.
In 2016 Helen established 'Singing's Cool-'the after-school singing school'  for Worthing and Brighton & Hove.
​Now living in Cardigan, West Wales, Helen teaches community singing groups in the area and privately from home.

Helen trained from a young age in Classical violin and piano, under the tutelage of the eminent Vincent Packford, Oxford.
Singing has also been a lifelong passion; Helen has studied voice under the BVA (British Voice association) with tutors including Hilary Selby, Anne Marie Speed and Mike Ellaway.
 
A long career of performing started with the Oxford Youth Choir and has included singing with bands from the early 80s to the present day.
Helen has enjoyed working with singers and bands in a range of genres from Latino jazz (Loop the Moon) to Electonica and  most recently as part of the duo 'Lost Property' based in West Wales.
