The Upbeat choir likes to get out and perform at local Charity events and informal gatherings.

Vocal Vibes is all about singing purely for enjoyment; the songs are simple harmonies, part songs and rounds, without the pressure of performing.

In May 2025 we performed at the Aberporth Makers' Fair at the Village hall.

We also have our summer Concert & Cabaret, raising money for the local RNLI charity, taking place on Sunday 13th July at The Small World Theatre, Cardigan from 7pm. Everyone welcome and tickets are on sale now.

















In 2024 we joined with other choirs at the Cellar in November for a fun evening of singing and to raise money for the RLNI.

The Upbeat choir also entertained the crowds after the Giant Lantern Parade in Cardigan, in December. We will sang some seasonal winter songs, outside The Albion on  the  Riverside Terrace, as part of the Festival of Light .

The Upbeat choir has also been host to some very successful charity fundraising cabaret events: the first at Christmas 2023 and more recently our 'Summer Spectacular 2024' at Nant Mawr farm.

Both of these  drew in the crowds and were fabulous fun, with a showcase of talent from solo singing, to group offerings, often hilarious and always entertaining. We hope to have another of these soon.
